A couple of weeks ago I posted about my girls and their fascination with bugs. Somehow that fascination continues and it is an area that is creating a wonderful bond between them. As you know, Scott and I are both super busy with work right now. Scott has had to go out of town [...]  
… I would be getting .7 points deductions all the time. And now I read that there are 7 essential activities for a mental well-being??? As you know, I am trying very hard to balance all of the important aspects of my life. Working until 6:30 or 7 each day makes finding that balance [...] 
So far, Sunbeams (the 3-4 year olds in my church) are not helping me get to my happy place. Luckily I did not have to teach this week. I only had to sit with them during the combined meeting. There are two of the kids that have made friends with me, and I think I [...] 
Some girls like dolls and other girls play dress-up. My girls? They dig up pill bugs and then save them in a cup. And they collect grasshoppers and store them in a real bug catcher toy from target. And then they leave them around the house. Lucky me.
I love spring flowers and my favorite is my bleeding heart. I’m so glad that I took pictures of my bleeding heart before the wind beat the heck out of it today. Yesterday it was perky and today it is heavily weighed down – nearly lying flat. I guess I was lucky Scott told me [...]  |
